Can't really say "this one" until you hit the bottom of the tree. Though I think before one can make a call on a healing class, one should be at least level 60. I enjoy healing as a Shaman, and I am having fun leveling my priest (when I get around to it). I have not healed as a paladin, I have one, but it is just so boring to level. Also, it is great for pet-focused builds. In both mysteries, there are supporting solid skills for vitality damage. Personally I find the druid style a bit boring (yes I have one). On the other hand, Shaman skills include: 12 Brute Force 4 Ground Slam 10 Feral Hunger Primal Bond 12 16 Summon Briarthorn 6 Conjure Primal Spirit In my opinion, Ritualist is the best class for levelling up. I am leveling a priest for the different style of healing. Trying not be biased, but each healing class has their own style, while for some one class is boring another class is fun. Paladin, Mage, And Warrior fit the stories the best in most cases. Came here to be the fourth to represent that warrior life zug zug. Don’t forget arcane for the Kirin tor vibes Mootivate.
(Guess you have figured out my main is a Resto Shaman. Spellsteal is a really powerful ability that rewards game knowledge. CH is mostly used when AOE damage hits, or when a pull goes pear shaped, most of the time it is RT the one taking the most damage & LHW to top up. My Priest and Shaman (as alts, the Druid is my main) both only have done around 8 bosses in ICC normal mode. That being said my Druid is the only character I have experience healing ICC hard modes with. CH seems awesome at first but after a couple of raids you will be bored out of your mind. However, it is an awesome class to have with feral dps being (imo) the most fun melee dps and the easy tanking for heroic while gearing up.īefore making a Shaman for healing I'd recommend trying it on the PTR or at a friends house or something like that. I prefer the Druid due to the awesome instant cast spells and the unparalleled mobility but in terms of style of play there really isn't that much of a difference anymore between Priests and Druids these days. Restoration Shamans, to be precise, since those are the most active ones in top raiding guilds.
